Service availability, scope, timing, and pricing depend on on-site inspection, property location, parts availability, site access, and actual job conditions. Any estimate, quote, or recommendation we provide — whether verbal, written, or communicated through our website — is preliminary and subject to review, confirmation, and adjustment by Masterflow after physical inspection of the work site. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise.

Work will only begin after you authorize the final scope of work and pricing. Additional charges may apply for previously undisclosed conditions, hidden damage, code-required upgrades, or changes to scope you request during the job. We will communicate any material change before performing the additional work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept commonly used forms of payment as disclosed at the time of service. Financing, when offered, is provided by third-party lenders whose terms and eligibility requirements apply. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by California law and may be referred for collection.

We stand behind our workmanship. Unless a different warranty is provided in writing on your invoice or work order, our labor is warranted against defects for the period stated on your work documentation. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures according to the manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions.

We offer 24/7 emergency plumbing availability. Estimated arrival times are good-faith estimates and may vary based on location, traffic, weather, active emergency volume, and technician availability. Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday service may be billed at premium rates that will be disclosed before work begins.

You represent that you own the property where work is performed or are authorized to request the services. You agree to provide safe access to the work area, disclose known hazards (including asbestos, mold, or other environmental conditions), and secure pets, valuables, and fragile items before our arrival.

Masterflow Plumbing & Rooter is licensed, bonded, and insured to perform plumbing work in California. Under California Business and Professions Code § 7159, you have rights regarding home-improvement contracts, including the right to receive a written contract for qualifying work and the right to cancel certain contracts within three (3) business days. Contractor license and complaint information is available through the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) at www.cslb.ca.gov.

Except for warranties expressly provided in writing, all services and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Masterflow disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be limited or excluded under California law, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Masterflow's total liability arising out of or related to your use of our website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to Masterflow for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Masterflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or property-use loss, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under California law.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related calls, texts, and emails from Masterflow, including appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, follow-ups, and invoices. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting us; service-related messages will continue as needed to fulfill your request.

All content on this website — including logos, text, graphics, images, and layout — is the property of Masterflow Plumbing & Rooter or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This provision does not limit any rights you have under California consumer-protection law or any right to file a complaint with the California Contractors State License Board.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
